Join us the Friday after Thanksiving for a Vinyasa Workshop. Vinyasa means flow and so when we practice sun salutations or any other flow yoga, there should be a combination of strength and softness at the same time. We will get down to basics in this workshop. Where are your hips suppose to be in virabradhasana or warrior I pose? How do I use my breath to create ease in some of the more challenging poses? You will learn this plus many more aspects of basic vinyasa yoga. $35
