Try different styles of meditation in this three hour course. Both for newbies and long time meditators, we will delve into and try both open and closed eye meditations as well as english and sanskrit mantras. Learn the difference between breath awareness and mindfulness. Discover that comfort is key and you don’t have to sit in a certain way to meditate. Meditation should be as easy as the breath you take. This will be a total immersion and experiential so you can decide for yourself if you would like to start meditating regularly.
