Awareness Yoga at the Ivy House is profoundly relaxing, opening and healing.With hip openers, spinal twists and core opening, Awareness Yoga for the most part is done on the floor and appropriate all levels including first timers and long time practitioners of yoga. This special 2 hour Saturday Class is recommended for long time attendees of Awareness Yoga.
